We work with various interview formats. For some roles, it may also be necessary to conduct an interview with your direct supervisor. Take this opportunity to share your motivation and ask anything you want about your future workplace. We also want to make ourselves known. 5. Offer

Congratulations! We have made our decision: we want you to be part of our team. We will contact you to present our offer. You will receive our offer in writing, so you can read it carefully and make a decision. We would really like to hear a yes. When we make an offer, we commit to ensuring equal pay. We guarantee a fair salary, based on your experience and skills. This means we may ask you about your salary expectations, but we will not ask you about your previous salary. At this stage, we will carry out all necessary background and reference checks.
